Filters 3M™ 6055i A2 series against organic gases and vapours. Fits all 3M™ 6000 series and 3M™ 7000 series masks.
How does the ESLI Service Life Indicator 3M™ work?
The ESLI Service Life Indicator 3M™ helps users in appropriate environments know when they need to replace their organic vapor filters. The ESLI indicator is attached to the filter wall and is in contact with the carbon bed. As the organic vapors are absorbed into the carbon, they are also absorbed by the service life indicator. Once this happens, the indicator changes color, visually indicating the passage of organic vapors through the carbon bed.
Usage:
- Hydrocarbons e.g.: toluene, benzene, xylene, styrene, cyclohexane, trichloroethylene, carbon tetrachloride
- Organic solvents and diluents e.g.: gasoline, kerosene, diesel, mineral turpentine, ethylene glycol, methyl isobutyl ketone, isobutanol, etc

Particulate filtration
The filter can be combined with the holder 501 with dust and particulate filters (5911, 5925, 5935) to extend the overall protection properties by particulate filtration.
