Despite its compact design and low weight, Chemical 2F features excellent chemical resistance and enhanced protection against leakage. The sophisticated design with a smooth surface allows easy decontamination by showering or even complete immersion. The unique automatic sealing system prevents unwanted contamination when changing filters. The intelligent Flow Control system keeps the air flow at a constant level regardless of filter clogging or low battery charge. An audio-visual alarm indicates when the battery needs to be charged or the filter needs to be changed. Adjustable air flow from 120 to 235 l/min is available throughout the entire shift regardless of filter type thanks to the optional Heavy Duty battery.

Heavy Duty Battery
- The high-capacity battery offers twice the battery life of a standard battery. There is no longer any need to change the battery during long periods of use with gas filters or combination filters.
Compatible with pressurised suits Microgard/Microchem
- MICROGARD® / MIKROCHEM® pressurised suits offer protection for breathing, face and body against a wide range of hazardous substances. For example, from solid and liquid aerosols, asbestos, paints, oils, viruses and blood-borne pathogens.
Different power supply options
- You can choose between a standard battery, a heavy-duty battery or a disposable battery. In addition to the regular battery, the battery can also be charged in the car.

Due to the unique design and smooth surface of the unit, it can be easily decontaminated with a shower or decontaminated submerged.

- IP65 Shower decontamination - protection against splashing water from any angle When the unit is switched on and equipped with CleanAIR® filters with pre-filter holder and spark arrestor.
- IP68 Immersion decontamination - protection against continuous immersion in water / disinfectant solution. Disinfection with CleanAIR® Chemical 2F is possible with e.g. sodium hypochlorite solution and peroxyacetic solution (Persteril). When the unit is switched off and fitted with decontamination plugs.
