Description
3M™ 6038 Particulate Filter P3
Filters 3M™ Series 6038 P3 R against liquid and solid particles, organic vapours and acid gases under NPK-P. Fits all 3M™ 6000 series and 3M™ 7000 series masks.
Connects directly to the mask, no adapter needed. Closed filter with folded filter insert.
Usage:
- Noxious and carcinogenic dusts, mists and fumes on a water or oil basis
- Working with highly toxic metals, hardwoods, radioactive and biologically active substances, oil mists and welding, especially TIG welding, generally with ozone formation

Limits for exposure to particulates (aerosols)
- 50 x PEL (FFP respirator and half mask),
- 200 x PEL (full face mask)
