It is designed to protect newborns from the effects of chemicals, warfare agents, radioactive dust, viruses and bacteria. It is based on the principle of filter ventilation. The principle of filter ventilation is to blow filtered air into a closed space. This creates an overpressure of the filtered air creating protection for the user.

The kit is designed for temporary protection, transition to a mass shelter or relocation to evacuation transport means and protection during evacuation.

Use:

There is a zipper on the perimeter of the bag. Unzipping it creates an opening large enough to insert the newborn. In case of cold weather, the size of the bag is sized to accommodate a newborn including a swaddle. After the newborn is placed in the bag, the filter ventilation is started by inserting the battery into the unit. The bag is closed by zipping. The zip is covered with a hem with double-sided adhesive tape. The covering foil is removed from this tape and the hem is glued to the body of the bag under the zipper. This protects the zipper against dripping liquids. The carrying straps are designed to carry the bag, for longer trips the bag can be placed in a baby stroller.

Handling sleeves with gloves are used for handling the pacifier, the possibility of limited handling of the baby inside the bag and possible physical contact with the baby.
