Protective full face mask Guzu CM-6M (with hydratation system)
Description
Protective full-face mask CM-6M
compared to the CM-6, it includes a fixed accessory for connecting a drinking bottle(the bottle is a separate accessory).
introduces a new type of full-face mask. The CM-6 mask fully complies with the requirements of EN 136, Class 3. In combination with a suitable filter or breathing apparatus, it provides protection for the face, eyes and respiratory organs against the effects of toxic gases, vapours and aerosols, biological pollutants, radioactive dust, etc. The mask is intended for use in industry, chemical and nuclear fields, agriculture, mining, civil protection units, fire brigades, police units, etc.
The CM-6 mask provides reliable protection over a temperature range of -30 ˚C to +70 ˚C. The large-area panoramic polycarbonate Visor provides very good spatial orientation with minimal distortion during normal activities. The design of the CM-6 mask collar and the low breathing resistance provide the user with high comfort and the possibility of long-term use. The cheekpiece is made of bromo-butyl, non-toxic rubber. The inhaled airflow is directed by an internal mask and thus prevents fogging of the pupil. For users with a dioptric defect, a special Visor insert can be used. The five-point rubber-textile clamping system allows easy handling when putting on and taking off the mask. The filter can be optionally attached to the collar on the right or left side.

STORAGE
Masks must be stored in a dark, cool and dust-free room without sudden temperature changes. The room should be ventilated and temperatures should be between 10°C and +25°C. Relative humidity should not exceed 65%. Stored products must not be exposed to radiant heat and sunlight. Fuel, solvents, lubricants and other flammable substances and chemicals must not be stored in their presence. In addition, it must not be in the vicinity of machinery and equipment whose operation generates sparks or other electrical discharges (ozone formation). The masks must be stored in such a way as to prevent unwanted deformation of the rubber parts.
WARRANTY PERIOD
The warranty period is 5 years for masks in intact original packaging, provided storage conditions are observed. The manufacturer provides a 24-month warranty on the exploitation of the masks. The guarantee of exploitation starts from the first opening of the bag and is provided under the conditions specified in the instructions for use of the protective masks. The lifetime of the masks in the original packaging is 20 years.
DESCRIPTION AND MAIN PARTS
The rubber cheekpiece is made of health-safe rubber with a high degree of resistance to the penetration of toxic substances. The inner mask is made of a special compound that ensures excellent tightness, is hypoallergenic and prevents exhaled air from reaching the lens, thus eliminating the risk of fogging. It also reduces the CO2 content in the mask interior and, together with the favourable inhalation and exhalation resistance values, contributes to a reduction in the user's physical stress.
The facepiece of the protective mask is finished on the inside with a face cuff, which forms the sealing line of the mask, ensures the sealing of the mask on the face and prolongs the physiological tolerance. The faceplate is fitted with a translucent insert that ensures a minimum of 95% verbal intelligibility.
The mask is supplied with a five-point rubber-textile clamping system.
The mask is produced in one size. A smooth face, free of beard, sideburns and other obstructions in the area of the mask sealing line, is a must to ensure a good tightness of the face mask. The mask allows the use of dioptric lenses in a Visor insert that fits in a rubber protrusion at the top of the cheekpiece above the visor.
The filter is attached to the mask by screwing it into the left or right inhalation chamber, depending on the user's current needs. In the case of a chamber without a filter, it is necessary to check the screwing and tightening of the inhalation chamber plug. The threads of the inhalation chambers of the mask have the dimension Rd 40 x 1/7" according to EN 148-1.
