is an excellent half mask that has been developed to provide the user with the highest level of comfort and safety. The transparent cheekpiece is shaped to fit easily and without pressure on the face and reliably maintains its shape throughout the entire wearing period. The half mask is fitted with two Pro2 series filters, which perfectly balance the facepiece and extend the protection time to the maximum. Head movements are absorbed by the folds on the facepiece, which prevent it from shifting on the face and air from passing through the sealing line, and also by the clamping system that keeps the half mask securely on the face. The cheekpiece is fitted with ribbing in the nose area, which, without being too constricting, prevents exhaled air from entering the eyes. This solution is particularly advantageous when working with safety glasses. The Profi le60 half mask can be easily and comfortably used with most other personal protective equipment.

- The cheekpiece of the Profile60 is made of liquid silicone rubber (LSR), which combines the softness and flexibility of silicone with the durability and longevity of silicone.
- The Profile60 half mask is suitable for use in paint application because the manufacturing process used in LRS injection moulding prevents the silicone from releasing from the cheek piece. The sliding clamping system allows for quick and easy donning of the half mask and also allows it to be lowered into a comfortable standby position.
- The flat and wide sealing line is similar to those used in face masks. Thanks to it, a comfortable and effective seating of the half-mask on the face is achieved. The folded folds of the collar in the nose and chin area absorb head movements, thus ensuring tightness during use.
- The Profile60 half mask is used with two Pro2 series filters. The filters are equipped with a cover that protects the filter material from sparks, chemical contamination and staining. This solution significantly extends their service life.
The Pro2 series filters come in pairs for face masks and half masks with two Scott filters. They offer a wide selection of types, covering an extensive range of hazardous substances. They are produced using the latest technology and the highest quality media. Each filter features a unique cover with a rear-facing grille at the inlet. This solution protects the filter material from sparks, chemical contamination and staining, thus significantly extending the life of the filter. Particulate filters and combination filters of the Pro2 series do not use electrostatic methods to trap particles, but only microfibres of filter paper. The Pro2 series filters are fully approved according to the latest European standards ČSN EN 143 and ČSN EN 14387, are designed for reuse and carry the CE marking.
