Protective helmet CA-40
The combination of a welding shield and a protective helmet with integrated air distribution provides sufficient protection for the head, respiratory tract, eyesight and hearing in very heavy industrial operations.
Despite its robust construction, the helmet is well balanced and comfortable. The integrated air distribution ensures even distribution of filtered air into the breathing zone and provides a high level and degree of protection for the welder's respiratory tract. The tilting welding shield is equipped with a high-quality self-damping cartridge Balder V9-13 DS.
Eye protection
The integrated hinged welding shield with a standard visor size of 110 x 90 mm can be combined with both a fixed welding glass and a self-dimming cassette.
Hearing protection
Additional earmuffs offer hearing protection even in very noisy environments. They provide the wearer with optimum tightness of the seating line and comfort even when worn for long periods of time.
Hearing protection is not included, it is an optional accessory in Level I-III (approx. SNR 25-35 dB), please specify in the note or contact us.
Head and face protection
The protective helmet is designed for reliable head protection in heavy-duty applications. Despite its sturdy construction, it is well balanced and comfortable. The overall impression is enhanced by the comfortable, easily adjustable head cross.
Respiratory protection
An integrated airflow system in combination with Clean AIR® filter and ventilation units or a pressurised air system ensures a high standard of breathing protection. The combination of all these safety features provides the ideal solution for heavy industrial operations such as shipyards, mines and construction sites.
